• Suspended ceilings and straight metal battens to all ceilings and furring channel plus clips to various walls in basement.
• Installed fire rating plasterboard to partying walls and fire rated beams within the ceiling space.
• 10mm plastered walls to ceilings.
• Flexible plasterboard to curve walls.
• Square set cornice.
• Insulation – we supplied insulation to the concrete ceiling of the garage, walls and ceilings.
• Reveals to all windows and doors.
• Installed 50mm AAC panel.
• Application of base coat render.
• Application of light grey concrete finish.
