Chadgroup.com.au orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply return it back to our store or mail it back to us at 1366 North Road, Oakleigh South VIC. Please provide order details with the product.
Once received by our staff, they will do an inspection of the product to make sure that it’s not used or damaged unless there was another issue and will then issue a return of funds.
Product with a workmanship or material flaw can be returned if the product was manufactured less than 12 months ago. Some products have specific written guarantees and warranties. Please read the label, hang tag, or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
