Plaster was the first focus area of our business. Over time we have expanded our product availability to our customers – which is why we have grown from Chad Plaster to Chad Group Australia.
In recent times we have relocated to Hallam from our founding Oakleigh South warehouse.
With a new location change brings about a new chapter for our expanding business. Whilst we no longer have a retail division – our dedicated team who will work alongside all domestic, DIY and commercial projects – managing jobs from start to finish.
We specalise in the installation of plasterboard, cornices, rosettes, external cladding, render, texture, external mouldings, insulation, internal and external paint, and waterproofing membranes.

Chad Plaster has worked in the installation of all plasterboard and associated products (eg decorative mouldings) in domestic and commercial builds for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in our installation quality – regardless of whether you’re building a brand new project, renovating or making repairs.
Chad Facades was established in 2008 to work alongside our plaster division so we can really offer a full suite of surface finishes to our customers.

We used CHAD when renovating our edwardian style home which included replastering the whole house and replacing the existing heritage cornices and ceiling roses. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, friendly and professional from start to finish and the workmanship especially on the cornice is fantastic. They were extremely diligent in checking their work and ensuring all defects were rectified addressed prior to finishing up. They were also extremely cost efficient compared with other quotes received. Would highly recommend their services.
